What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how long we keep it. We do not sell personal information, and we say plainly where a law applies to us and where it does not.
This policy describes how Young Professionals Commercial Cleaning LLC, doing business as Young Professionals Commercial Cleaning, referred to here as YPCC, we, or us, handles information collected through youngprocleaning.com, our quote form, and the course of providing commercial cleaning services.
We are a business to business service provider. Most of the information we hold is business contact information about people acting in their professional capacity, such as a project manager at a general contractor, rather than personal information about individuals in a household context.
This policy does not cover the privacy practices of a client's own site, a third party website we link to, or a general contractor's systems that we are given access to.
Our website runs on Squarespace. Like most websites, it records technical information when you visit, which may include IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page. Squarespace sets cookies for site function and analytics.
Photographs of completed work, taken for quality control and project records. These are internal records. We do not publish them or use them in marketing without the client's written permission.
We do not collect. We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data through this website. Please do not send those through the quote form or by email.
Our Request a Quote form is a Google Form, chosen because it accepts file attachments such as plans, punch lists, and site photographs. When you use it:

We use the information for the purposes it was collected for and for closely related purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers. We do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only where it is necessary:
Where a claim, an audit, or a legal requirement means we need to keep something longer, we do, and only for as long as that reason lasts.
We use access controls, multi-factor authentication on accounts that reach client information, and locked physical storage for keys and badges. The full description of how we handle site information is on our Customer Care page.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments, where accepted, are processed by a third party payment processor.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we learn that information has been exposed, we will notify affected parties as required by Virginia law and as promptly as the circumstances allow.
You can ask us to do the following, and we will respond within 30 days:
Email info@youngprocleaning.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify who you are before acting, particularly where the request concerns a client account.
We honor these requests either way. Virginia's consumer privacy statute applies to companies far larger than ours, and to personal data held about people in a household context rather than business contacts. We are a small business to business service provider, so it does not reach us.
We offer the requests above as a matter of practice rather than because a law requires it of us. Ask, and we will answer.
Our website uses cookies set by Squarespace for site function, security, and analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.
We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels for advertising purposes.
Our site links to Google Forms and may link to other third party sites. Once you leave youngprocleaning.com, this policy no longer applies. Read the privacy policy of any site you are directed to.
Our services and our website are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected in the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or our services after an update means the updated policy applies.
