Who We Are
Young Professionals Commercial Cleaning is a post-construction and commercial cleaning company built on one idea. Professionalism is a standard, not a label.
Our Foundation
The foundation of Young Professionals Commercial Cleaning was built on a simple, yet powerful realization. True professionalism is not just a label, it is a standard of excellence.
We do not just clean buildings. We provide the freedom for our partners to focus on what they do best, knowing their property is in the hands of professionals who care.
The company was built for general contractors, developers, and property managers who need the final phase handled by a team that treats it as the main event rather than an afterthought.
YPCC is a women-owned, family-operated small business based in Glen Allen, Virginia, working across a 200-mile radius that reaches DC, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.
Our Standard
Four commitments. They are the reason clients call us back, and they are what every crew is measured against.
Work is measured against a written scope, not a general impression. Straight lines, square corners, and a finish that holds up to a close look.
We check the places no one checks. Tracks, sills, ledges, and the backs of fixtures are part of the job, not an upgrade you have to ask for.
The last ten percent of a clean is where most vendors stop. It is the part of the job where we start looking hardest.
Some of what we do will never be seen by anyone. We do it anyway, because that is what holding a standard actually means.
Where The Name Comes From
The name points in two directions. Back to the family behind the business, and forward to the next generation of professionals it is being built for.
That is the standard the name sets, and it is not a line we put on a truck. It is the measure the work gets judged by.
Every crew working under the name is expected to meet it, on a first visit and on a hundredth one. That expectation does not move.
